Excelz Audit Services is an audit and accounting firm registered in February 2020 and it provides a wide range of high-quality financial services (audit, accounting, tax, consulting, and business advisory) by a team of dedicated young talented professionals who delivers the best to our valuable clients in a timely and cost-effective manner. The team has been working together for more than 10 years and has now formed Exclez Audit Services. The firm is registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants-Ghana as an Audit Firm.

Meet The Team
Collins A. Kensah
Collins A. Kensah is the Managing Partner of the firm and has over the years been engaged in audit and
consulting assignments in Ghana and the sub-region. His areas of experience include financial audit, value
for money audits and expenditure verification of projects funded by donor organizations. He has a pool
of experience as a professional accountant, auditor, tax and business advisory consultant to private local
and multi-national companies, donor projects, government, and non-governmental organizations. He
practiced at PFC Auditing Services for over seven (7) years and later joined Secure Pensions Trust Limited
for over four (4) years as the Accountant.
Collins is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG). He holds a BSc. Business Administration (Accounting) degree from the University of Professional Studies, Accra.
Bright Asare Bediako
Bright Bediako is a Partner of the firm and has over the years been engaged in audit and consulting
assignments in Ghana and the sub-region. He also serves as the Chief Finance Officer of Primrose
Properties Ghana Limited and Head of Compliance and Internal Controls for Black Star Brokerage as
the. Prior to his current role, he was the Accountant at Silver Lobster Hospitality & Management Services
in Kumasi. He also worked with the College of Engineering of the KNUST as an Accounts Officer after
completing his National Service with the same institution. As a consultant, Bright has been responsible for
client relationship management, risk management and strategic leadership for quality reviews of all
deliverables. He equally has a pool of experience as a professional accountant, auditor, tax and business
advisory consultant to private local and multi-national companies, donor projects, government and nongovernmental organizations.
Bright is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG).
He holds a BSc. Business Administration (Accounting) degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of
Science and Technology, a higher National Diploma in Accountancy from the Kumasi Polytechnic and a
Certificate in Forensic Accounting & Fraud Examination from West Virginia University, USA.
He is a final level exam candidate for the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK (CIMA,
UK) and a final year MPhil. in Industrial Finance and Investment student of KNUST.
Bernard French
Bernard is an accounting and finance professional with over ten years’ experience in providing financial and business solutions to organisations. He possesses extensive knowledge of complex financial structure and markets, strong analytical, excellent team playing skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. He has the ability to combine technical expertise with strong relationship-building and project management capabilities to deliver pragmatic initiatives that support organisational objectives. He has good leadership and communication skills, a strong executive presence, meticulous organisation, and commercial judgment skills. Bernard has spent the majority of his career with Delliote Ghana and Nigeria advising companies on solutions that enable businesses to meet objectives, align business strategy, and drive growth.
Throughout his career, Bernard has willingly embraced challenging assignments across Ghana and Nigeria and committed himself to work hard to achieve exceptional results. He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA – UK).
Asamoah Patrick
Asamoah Patrick is a manager at the firm.
He has worked on various engagements for clients in the financial services sector, pensions industry, not for profit organisations, health sector, as well as government organisations. His experience spans audit of statutory funds of government and non-government organisations in Ghana and the West Africa subregion as well as the audit of pecialised deposit-taking institutions, manufacturing companies, etc.
Asamoah Patrick is a Chartered Accountant by Profession and Tax Consultant with over six years postqualification experience. He is an Experienced Tax consultant who worked a Tax Consultant with Baker Tilly Ghana, an independent member firm of Baker Tilly International and Tax Auditor for the Ghana Revenue. He currently works as s Tax consultant for various Multinational Companies.
Patrick is an Associate member of the institute of Chartered Accountant Ghana, and holds BSc Degree in Accounting from the University of Professional Studies Accra. He is a final level exam candidate for the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK (CIMA, UK)
